Session Fees

Therapy Sessions are $190.00 per hour.
Excluding the initial 10-15 minute intake introduction with clients, which comes at no cost, there is a charge for professional telephone consultations, meetings and letters/forms.  The time for these services are pro-rated to the regular therapy fee. 

Payment

Etransfer, cash and cheque are accepted for payment at the end of each session. 

Cancellation Policy
Advanced notification of a cancellation is required.  There will be a cancellation fee of $180.00 (the full cost of the session) if the client does not call 2 business days (48 hours) before their cancelled appointment. 

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
